My journey into nutrition began as a teenager with a healthy curiosity but a total lack of guidance when it came to the right food choices.

Let’s call it:

My relationship with food was complicated.

I was undereating, and as a result, suffered confidence-busting skin breakouts, painful periods and general digestion issues.

It wasn’t until I incorporated a conscious fitness routine in my life that I realised the food choices I was making were impacting my performance in the gym, and my overall health.

From that day on, I started leaning on nutrient-dense home-cooked meals, and things changed drastically.

This aha-moment not only changed my trajectory, it also sparked my curiosity to dive deep into all aspects of nutrition, and a deep passion to support women like you on your very own health journey… no matter which stage of life you’re in.

What began with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science quickly spiraled into an Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences, followed by a phenomenal amount of hours completing a PhD in public health nutrition with a focus on food literacy.

(I don’t do things by halves, as you can tell.)

For the past 8+ years, I have turned seemingly complex nutrition advice into practical strategies that allow busy women like you to claim your full nutritional potential with optimum health by your side as you navigate life.
